Anyone that has ever had experience with Fuel line as compared to the RIGHT fuel line for a Aircooled VW knows the difference this stuff has. Basically with regular fuel hose, you press it on and clamp it (unless there is a barb or whatnot. This braided stuff you merely press on and have a HELL of a time getting it off...no barbs required.
The braided stuff IMHO is much better than the rubber equivilants also becuase of heat resistance combined with the reduced "popping off" factor.

I bought my hose from fastlane, 3 bags I think would do it (2 of my lines were already new...I just had to replace a few).
You will need a box knife or such to get the old hose off if it is brittle. Make sure you route properly, there are places for stuff to be fed though
