The guy lives a few blocks from me, and I'm not implying that doctors take better care of their cars than anyone else. The guy was a pig , as far as junk in the car, dirt,etc. But He was good about continually taking the car to the dealer for service and he never skimped as far as that was concerned.

The car was bought new by a doctor and he used it daily until he traded it in. It had some dings , which I had repaired via PDR, and it had flaking paint on the bumpers and rear left qtr had flaking clear, which I fixed.
Anyway, download the .zip, its a decent old car, and someone will be happy to have it at $10k.
