Gentlemen-

I have a pretty nice 1998 E300 Turbo for sale. It has a whopping 227,500 miles on it. The car is a single owner car , bought new here in Memphis, and traded back to the same dealership on a new E300 CDI.

I had the front and rear bumpers repainted, and the rear left quarter repainted due to clear coat flaking off. I also had the car cleaned.

Car is 040 black/Grey MB tex. Has Bose CD and integrated phone. A doctor bought it new here in Memphis and he puts about 1500 miles a week on his car. He has several practices in a 300 mile radius from his home.

The car runs and drives great, doesn't smoke on heavy accelleration , and the turbo boosts great , and the trans is still shifiting fine.

I don't have a clue what it is worth on ebay.

I sold a nice 1999 with 160k in November for $19,500 to a dealer who promptly sold it for $22,500

I sold a nicer 1999 last month with 160k for $14,500 to a private party.

This 1998 has 67k more miles , but way better service records. We will see...

Now down to one:
1972 300SE 3.5 W109 (Euro delivery)

The guy lives a few blocks from me, and I'm not implying that doctors take better care of their cars than anyone else. The guy was a pig , as far as junk in the car, dirt,etc. But He was good about continually taking the car to the dealer for service and he never skimped as far as that was concerned.

The car was bought new by a doctor and he used it daily until he traded it in. It had some dings , which I had repaired via PDR, and it had flaking paint on the bumpers and rear left qtr had flaking clear, which I fixed.
Anyway, download the .zip, its a decent old car, and someone will be happy to have it at $10k.

Turbodiesel should buy that one, he has been looking at these for awhile.

It will easily bring $12K on ebay so the price is very reasonable...if I had not just bought a '98 I would take it! If it had heated seats I would buy it anyway!

Nice looking, but I would always wish it had the upgraded leather....the difference in door panels alone (if you've seen the difference) is enough to warrant ANY extra in price IMHO, not to mention the seats look & feel better, not that tex doesn't have its own merrits, but well kept leather is my choice.
