Jim F was right

Forgot to update the list, but jim f was on the button. It was a plugged cat, once repaired the car flew again.
If anyone has a similar problem, note that you dont get hard codes from this problem, but if the tech has a device that can read the live data, it should give you readings from the 02 sensors that will show the problem.
