ON USA versions that recall should not cost a dime!!!!
However if you need new subframe mounts & lower/upper control arm mounts(worn out rubber parts) so that the alignment can be done correctly you would have to pay for those worn out parts! They can do the recall w/o replaceing those parts BUT since all of that is apart then the labor is very low(at least it should be!)
