I've got the RE950's on all three of my rides. Love them. Have had them to the track for a day on the 300TE. Very predictable on the ragged edge. The instructor was impressed too. I am not so sure they have a high enough speed rating for the 560 though they do have V and W in some sizes. Do a search, you will find good stuff.

I go with a "plus 0" size increase to 205/60/15 -- same as the 300E Sportline. In the RE950 you get an extra half inch width and some other benefits like higher load rating (slightly stiffer) -- not all carcasses give a traction with in this incremental change so need to check the specs.

Brakes, I vote OE or Textar Yellow Box Pads or Balo Rotors.
