The 100K mile plugs are great, "BUT" you should remove them every 40-60K and put some anti-seeze on them. Problem is with aluminum heads, if you leave them in that long, sometimes they will freeze in the head, and you don't even want to know how much thet costs to fix. Just a frendly tip, been there done that...
