I used to have to drive my 300D two footed until it warmed up. I finally got around to adjusting the idle on the IP earelier this week and I no longer have to drive the two footed way anymore. There's a bolt down on the side of the IP on the engine block side. It has a spring loaded pin on the end which either can get stuck or is worn out. Either way mine was only a little stuck so I removed it and lubed the spring loaded pin with gear oil and reinstalled it and adjusted it so it would idle smoothly when cold. My car now runs like a dream and no longer dies just after starting it. I can just start and go on my way without waiting to warm up.

This morning was quite cold and it started fine.
