That puppy is an expensive specialty tool.

Most ppl use a hammer with a chisel at the base of the cap. I used a huge screw driver and rotated it in about 3-4 place to work it off the first time.

You can get a piece of pvc pipe or steel pipe to colar the cap and tap it back on with a hammer.
