Hello all

been away much too long - and damn I forgot how great y'all are as well as this board.

Ok- So I am in the middle of replacing a lower control arm on my 85 300D
it's on my trailer and I have to fix it to get it off.

I have heard a few words spoken on the Mercedes jack stand adapters that resemble the " Pole Jack ' head we all have

but no more discussion- so I wonder if these are still available would they not be a good candidate for group purchase?

dont know how to advance this beyond my mention- in hopes someone knows about these - or has fabricated something like them.

I am intrepid with car repairs- a professional of sorts - yet I have to say that with the job i am doing i do not feel so safe with my jack stand on a block of wood under the sill just below the jack point hole
