as far as the fan, i would definitely replace it. not worth risking overheating (and possibly damaging) engine.

as far as the pull, is it a pull or a drift? there is a difference. what did the alignment tech say? did they put everything to specs? if they did you could have a tire pull. check it by swapping the two front tires. if it then pulls the opposite way, you have a tire issue.
