I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT use ANY type of leak sealer in your a/c system. They can easily goop up the ENTIRE system and get the system to a point where the ONLY way it can be fixed is to replace EVERYTHING.

If you have located the leak it would not be a big deal to simply have the hose redone at the local auto a/c shop, system evacuated and recharged.
