Got it in this AM. Put some WD-40 on the bearings hoping it might penetrate. Works great, current draw is not excessive. Thanks to all who contributed.

He tested it before he sent it out. The price was $10 less than any other quote I got and included the cost of shipping! $65 total. I had other quotes starting from $75 all the way up to over $100, without shipping. It took about a week to get here via DHL. I suppose they could ship it faster for a price but I didn't ask since I wasn't in a hurry.
