if it is a 123, they are the same in my experience. i have had an 82 and an 83 td. the wagon will be a little harder on the brakes because of the extra weight.

i had trouble with my td warping rotors. i feel in retrospect that a td would be a good candidate for a vented rotor and caliper installation from the s class. it is all bolt on.
