Sorry, but they aren't. The piston/bores on the rear calipers are slightly larger than those on the sedan. It's not an obvious difference until you're doing a rebuild, and you find the boots and seals for a sedan don't fit!

I assume the front brakes on the wagon are the same as those on the sedan. At least the rebuild kits are interchangeable.
