Picked up some pool noodles (7) and went to work.

I stuffed some on the outer perimter of the seat first, then cut the rest to length and put them across the seat.

Its definitley firm now. Maybe a little too firm, but is WAY better than it was before.

I think I may pick up some foam tomorrow and play with the arrangement and number of noodles.
