Hi, The parking brake pedal has no tension and is acting like a broken front cable. I can see it connected and moving in and out of the cable sleeve at the parking brake pedal but cannot locate the other end at the adjustment yoke where the two rear brake cables interface with the front cable via a yoke mech.

Where is this yoke interface located on the car?
If not a broken front cable is there another common component that fails and causes this condition?
