It would take millions of dollars to build a plant to make calipers so nobody does it. Ate has already made the investment, so they are in the driver's seat to sell you a new one. New ones are so expensive that rebuilders get cores and rebuild them for less money than new. What cores are places like McThrifty or whatever that place is called going to use? Why Ate of course.

The brakes on that car are so simple that you don't need to buy any special bleeders. Just open the bleed screws and let em drip. Make sure you keep the reservoir full and like Peter said, make sure the bleed screws are on top.
