Thanks again guys. I used a long nose pliers and a screwdriver. I used the long nose pliers to keep the C-clamp in place, then I used the screwdriver to guide the C-clamp into the grooves. Once that was in, I used the screwdriver and long nose pliers to push the clamp in.
