I opted for the aftermarket one you can get on ebay for around $160 vs. $320 for the OEM....its good....works fine, but they are cheaper made (the fan wheel especially its not a solid piece like the OEM, the motor is fine/good) and it tends to vibrate on high (full power) on levels 1-5 its quiet and doesn't vibrate anything. I run mine on level 5 most of the time, and 6 in defrost and the vibration is annoying but bearable (perfectly fine since it saved $180

)....hey at least it moves the air, and A LOT of it. My old one was fried/seized as well.
*Edit*
I looked at the $341 one from Behr on Fastlane, and it looks identical to mine, same blower wheel etc...mine was unmarked, so I have no idea what brand it was. I guess only the originals had the heavy solid plastic wheel. I'm glad I got mine for $160 though......2 years strong so far....use it constantly every day.
