Mercedes Audio 10 Radio in a 126?
I was wondering, you can often find the "Audio 10" CD player radios on ebay for a steep amount of cash, but they look so nice and stock.... My question is, If I put in aftermarket amps & speakers, would the Audio 10 be a good radio or just a waste of money. I know aftermarkets in the same price range would net me a lot more features, but I'm worried about sound quality....... Would the audio 10 with modern speaker's / amps sound alright? I don't see any reason why not.........
Or am I just crazy? ![]()

The MF2910 Cd stereo sounds great especially with updated speakers. I put Infinity references up front and Polk audio in the rears here is a pic of my unit. Looks nice too
