I want to install a hands free cellular using the existing wiring

has anyone done this? The '92 600 sel I am getting comes with a phone, but I suppose I will not be able to use it since it's analog? anyway, I am wanting to install a hands free cellular in an attractive way and, if possible, use the existing wiring... Has anyone done this?
