94' E-320 radio antenna change

I would like to do away with the motorized antenna on this car . I favor the shark fin type on the latter model 320's (and the 9-5 I have) or something completely hidden for that matter. Has anyone made a modification like this? Is there a source for this type of antenna? Is the reception equal or better? Comments appreciated.
