87 260E speaker installation dilemma

Hi All,

Here's the scoop: 4 Nakamichi SP-300 (Plate type w/ 2 drivers - high and mid [8.75 x 5.5 x 1.75 (mid driver depth extends additional 1.5 " w/ 3.25" Diameter]) and 1 10" Soundstream Sub.

My dilemma is where to install in both front and rear. Should i consider placing the speakers on the front door panels... i.e. making the hole and having the speaker stick out and take space? Should I consider placing the rear speakers directly under where the headrest folds back?

I could possibly install them on the rear deck grilles and keep the room for the headrest to fold back, but that'll be a real tight squeeze.

Should I consider installing the Sub on/under the 1st Aid Kit and using the whole trunk as a box? this was the setup used on my brother's XR4TI and it was fine, but then again.... he had a smaller space.

I also need tips on how to run wires under the carpet both L/R and center to separate pwr/spkr/inputs....

Thanks....
