scratch removal

Howdy,

My 86 190-16 was in a small fender bender that left two marks of black paint/plastic on its right rear fender. It BARELY creased the fender, but left ALOT of the other guy's paint. I used a rubbing compound to take off the paint, but now the two lines have a very hazy appearance. What should I use to remove the milky lines? Thanks in advance!

Dan
