I can only make out the mount in center pic. Let me guess that one came off the left side?

Yikes that's what I call a set of worn mounts.!!
Out of interest, how bad was the vibration in the car with the old mounts?

New mounts are on my "to do" list as I have no idea if or when mine were changed. Vibration isn't terrible but is noticable particularly at idle.

The right engine mount arm was resting on the mount base.

Yep that sounds about right, the passengers side mount gets the most abuse. I think the engine is tilted to the left a few degrees.

I ment the passengers side mount in my first post; left looking at the engine.

You know when one or both engine mounts are bad upon first cold ambient temps!

Scenario: Upon start up, mid to high 30's, you will likely hear and feel vibration until the engine has been fully warmed up. After warm up, vibration becomes less and you think to yourself OK, time for engine mounts, and you put it off, and put it off, then one cold sunny Saturday morning you are on your back looking up!

Engine mounts for the 603 are very easy to replace! I use a small bottle jack and find a good place to lift the engine, not the bottom of the oil pan....unless you want to risk cracking the molded aluminum!

So where's a good place to lift it?

Ha, my mount is worse than that... mine is gone. The motor rests on the frame. The incorrect fuel lines and leaking PS hose (in addition to the missing shield) caused the demise seen.

I jacked mine up from the oil pan, just use a good block of wood to spread the load.

Hit Man X that prefilter is off of an SD. Get the straight type and it will fit better.

Oh yes, I noticed that a while back... wrong filter and fuel hose. Great PO's

I just wish I could find the exact size fuel lines I need.

I used 5/16. Bought a few feet and eyeballed the length, works fine.

Any pics of the area where that fuel filter goes? I'm trying to see how bad that area is on my car...

Thanks!

Speaking of bad engine mounts...

Is it a bad thing when the passenger side engine mount has lost it's main 10mm allen socket bolt?
