I wouldn't pay more then $500, but $200 or less would be a better price.

rust
dont know why they would be more rust prone but my observation is that they certainly seem to be. i have never had an 83 123 with any serious rust (us) but the 83 euro diesel i parted was a rust bucket! i have seen several others as well that seemed pretty rusty. could be isolated exceptions i guess.
