Why the incivility on the forum???

Why are some posting incivilities on shopforum?
People posting quetions and being incivil to the posters trying to help them.
I mean, other forums like pagoda113 and 113sl are not like this.
It doesn't happen that much, but why does it happen at all?

Check out this recent and active thread titled:

Tell me, what's wrong with this guy?
