Would that no be sweet? V12 Diesel!

It would be almost any car, so long as:
1-It cost me nothing to buy
2-I pay no sales tax on purchase price
3-I don't have to pay anything in the way of yearly personal property taxes
4-I pay nothing for registration and licensing
5-I pay nothing to maintain or operate it
6-I pay nothing to insure it

If such a car exists please let me know.
