there is a 190E 2.3 sitting on my mechanics lot...i should buy it from him..the engine is seized...only problem is i have no place to put it !

Depending upon condition of body and whether enigne and tranny are good, $500 is maybe a good figure, all depends though...Down here in Virginia they passed a law about not having a title to junk a car, but I spoke with a towing service and they have a form you can fill out that bypasses that requirement. You have to ask up front if they can remove the car without you having a title...Some won't touch it without a title as they don't want to deal with the extra form involved..Best bet is to call around on getting rid of a junker.

Crap. That's what I was afraid of. It's in the NYC area (Westchester, I think), so if anyone wants the guy's number, PM me. But I haven't been up to look at it, so no guarantees if it's actually any good.
