Purging Lines on OM603, after Frybrid Install

Im trying to bleed my fuel system after frybrid install.

My question is how should I bleed the system. I added a bunch of fuel line, solenoid valves, and re-ordered the system.

I am trying to pull a vaccuum from just before lift pump (which is now the last thing in system before IP) all the way back to where fuel soft line meets the hard line on the frame rail in the engine bay.

Its not able to hold a vacuum, which I think means it will let air into fuel system. Im not sure how much air can be leaked into fuel system before the engine stalls. To go from 20" HG to zero takes about 20 or 30 sec. I think the leak is somehow in the diesel fuel filter housing.

Can anybody offer suggestions how to purge air from lines on my OM603 (1987 300D Turbo) ??
