the only line that cleaning will have any involvement with performance is the ALDA boost line, it comes off the intake manifold and runs straight over to the switchover valve on the L fenderwell.
I don't have any links to a pictoral view of the turbo though

Have you used a BB in the egr line or tried one of Brian's cover plates (for testing purposes!) ?
