To swap or not to swap?

For some background: I have a perfectly driveable (but ugly) 1985 300TD. It was in a minor accident before I purchased it and I replaced the front fenders and hood. Then someone painted them with a rattle can. The paint is not good. It drives perfectly however. New tires, new radio, door locks work, interior is OK.

My parts wagon has a 3rd row seat and front heated seats. I'm tempted to swap both to my daily driver wagon. I'm just not sure that it's worth the effort. The front seats I'll probably swap. Instead of removing the seats in my driver, swapping the springs then reinstalling, I'll put the unbroken seat springs into the heated seats, then just swap them (and the console with heater switches) into the daily driver.

The 3rd row seat I'm not sure about. I don't have kids so I don't really need it, but I'm a super-dork and can imagine driving the office to lunch in what they consider my POS wagon. I can't imagine that I'd get much for it unless i happened to find someone local wanting one.

Thoughts?

-Tad
