College student when I have to, working on my International Business Management degree, with a minor in Real Estate. (Damn thats long)

When thats done in a year or two, I want to get cracking on my CCIM designation.

Currantly I am in residential sales with Re/Max, plus various investing projects on the side. Looking to get into large commercial real estate devloping and investing. I am finding that investing suits me well, I like dealing with numbers and at least to me its a heck of a lot of fun to find deals that other people missed. I may have just snagged a nice one out from under a very experianced investor!

What do I wish I did? Sail! I want to get in a position where I can just go sailing for very long periods of time.

Well,

What have I been?
In chronological order:
Volunteer Firefighter/EMT, Engineer, Firefighter/EMT, Engineer, Nurse, Husband, Dad, Currently I am a Clinical Nurse Specialist for a medical device company.

Wada - I wanna be??? I'm still trying to figure that one out. Retired sounds nice.

Paid to doodle. Worked in the design department for a packaging machine manufacturing company. Designed weiner wrappers, carton erectors and high speed printers. Auto pallet loaders for randem sized pieces. Wine in a foil bag, in a box. Drywall mud bagger and box loader. Zipper pull beer case. etc...

Mechanical drafting by training. Mechanical design as a life time profession. Now retired.
My dream job: getting paid to doodle.

Retired

After 25 years as a process engineer in the semiconductor industry, I bailed out and now work several volunteer jobs -- library, parks, emergency services, etc. Much more fun, much less stress, much less money. Retirement is great, wish I hadn't waited until I was 50 to do it.

Oyster Shucker, Fishmonger and Summer Camp Counselor. Don't have any desire to be doing anything much more than this right now so can't speak to future ambitions.

I'm a pro drummer and drum instructor, which is why I drive an automobile. I drive a 240D because it always gets me to the gigs, and it's easy to work on when I'm not gigging.

It's been great having this board here to help me keep my costs down. Thanks to everyone,

Otto

I am a full time student but I work in the IT field, intending to become an IT guy somewhere, preferably at a school or medical institution.

Right now I am doing summer deployment of new equipment at my college. Potential intern at a research facility for the rest of the summer, then back to being a school computer tech part time while classes are going on.

Dream job?

Probably a car test-driver of new models. I want to be the guy that beats the new cars to scrap to see what fails first.
