Brake questions

I am replacing both front calipers and brake lines. Is it advisable to use locktite or other product on the mounting bolts for the caliper?
I know to only use DOT 4, but not the sythetic. Where, other than fastlane of course, can I get the non-synthetic Dot 4 fluid?
