I know that its rare but I can't seem to find out the exact chassie/engine numbers that has the 2.5t/ 5 spped combo frm the factory. Going to Europe in a few weeks and will be poking around for some goodies....any ideas? Thanks Clip

In Europe, the 190D (W201) was available with the 2.5T engine and 5-speed as a combination. Not sure of how many were made, or how many years they were available, but there are some.

that was put in the w210 from 95-99 outside the US sounds great. Its a direct injection Turbo, Great MPG etc. I know that it was also put in the G wagen the Marines purchused as well. Kinda a rare bird though. I would be happy just to find the engine. I think that my 86 300E 5 speeder could use a transplant......thanks! Clip

You'll have to research which was mated to a 5 speed. I think the vans trucks and 421 unimogs had them. A european bone yard should be able to give you a list.
