LOL, not quite. The W140 S500 covers 60 a few ticks past 7 seconds. Its about as quick as an older 560SEL.

I think the W140 needs the might of the M120, IMHO. That's the engine that belongs in that car if you want some meat under the hood. The sound of that thing when you get on it, is heavenly. Basically, like two M104's joined together sharing a common crank.
