190d engine swap

Can somebody tell me if a 1987 190d 2.5 will bolt into a 1984 190d that has a 2.2 thankyou Dana

engine swap

yes the 87 602 engine will fit into the 84 you have to use the motor mounts and brackets from 84 I did the swap before

And the driveshaft. the extra cylinder pushes the tranny back a few inches.
