My 300D is drivable again!

After several unsuccessful attempts to use the tranny my 84 300D (the gold car in my sig) came with, I got a good used transmission with fairly low miles on it. My car is now drivable again, but....
No car that has sat for as long as this car has is without other issues. It sat for six years. Today I thought after bleeding the brakes I could take it for a slightly longer test drive. Wrong! My front brake calipers froze I knew the car couldn't be that sluggish. Luckily I have a spare set which I'm in the process of swapping in. I had also a bit of bad luck with the radiator a couple of days ago. I snapped the @#$! upper neck off when I tried to take the radiator hose off to install the fan shroud after which I then found out was the wrong one. I temporarily fixed the neck by "welding" the plastic neck fragments back together. It appears to be holding pressure for now.
Either way, look for updates to follow, including mishaps and any cans of worms I'll open in the process.

Right now all I could do is drive by. No brakes.
I've only owned it since last summer.

Today's a new day. We'll see what's in store for me. I'm going to finish up the front calipers and check the rear ones. I'm hoping my rears are fine since I don't have any spares for them.
