86 190D tune up

I picked up a 190D with 395k on it, starts with some help of stepping on the pedal and clacks real loud like nozzles are due for replacing.

Where can I get a better then OEM set of nozzles if possible for this car and or what other nozzles will fit into it? (i have no problem using parts for "other" cars on mine)

I am a newbie to this site but not diesel cars and definately not a stranger to shade tree tuning

I plan to adjust the valves, nozzles, normal tune-up stuff and maybe add some more fuel. I don't know how to turn it up on a benz? It is very clean and barely smokes at all with these worn out injectors.

This car is awesome, once I fix the front end (accident) the AC is still nice and cold with R12 and everything power works except the passenger window! The interior is freaking sweet, looks like it was very very well taken care of and possibly garaged.

Much thanks in advance
