Loud sreeching sound when accelerating...

Hello,
I've noticed in the last couple months, Sometimes, when I accelerate, there is a horrible screeching sound that stays constant while I accelerate.
When I'm not stepping on the gas, it goes away. Sometime is will go away when I'm turning or for seemingly no reason.
Any obvious answer for this?
