Got my plate.
Here it is after waiting more than 3 months and 2hrs in line
 , and paying40 bucks. Worth it? Naw, but I think it's pretty cool  .

OK I've dug out the porta-power
Ready for Sat. morning after garage sales. Now just need to figure out
High/Low. The picture shows it well. Just looking is not so obvious. I'd guess the right side is high a bit. In the morning I'll figure it out.

Yes Smog Exempt
That was my original thought: EXEMPTED (not a word), but EXEMP-TD,
free from smog. I despise the smog check program. That was the first motivator that began my hunt for a TD. I suppose paying the extortion money government "needs" is a necessary evil. But when they actually require my body to go waste an hour or more of my time, AND charge me for it, AND perhaps remove a working car from my use, that still works, , it just gets absurd. I just like the thought of being EXEMPT from the ridiculous machinations of government. That was why I liked it, EXEMPTD. I has a few different meanings to me, and a few representative wishes .Can run on other fuels, lasts a long time, exempt from "normal" so to speak, just like me, lol
