W123 85 300D seat rebuild

Does anyone have any info on how to rebuild seats so that they are firm as brand new?
Mine sag badly and they drive me crazy.

Obviously thats par for the course for a 20 year old car with a perfect power steering pump, sunroof, radiator and engine and electrical system (since when does a power steering pump get you 300K miles?) so I am not complaining. I just would like to fix them.

Also where can I order the parts?
