Oil Cooler Hoses

I need to know if I have to remove any parts in order to replace the upper and lower oil cooler hoses on my 300D-T.

Is this a difficult job due to the radiator connections being aluminum and fragile? Is it easy to disconnect the hoses from both the oil cooler and the oil filter housing?

Also, do I use a sealer on the threads to prevent leakage?

Thanks
