On my 83 300d turbo a previous owner has busted off the nipple for the line that goes from the reservoir to the top of the radiator. The radiator is a Behr, so i would like to keep it. I have picked up a 1/8 npt nipple with a 3/8" hose connection. I am planning on tapping the radiator and putting this in place, i might use some epoxy or something to make sure the seal is good. I plan on removing the radiator, and flushing it out really well after tapping. Any comment?
Alright, so the second part of my questions, the entire wiper mechanism was taken off my car, I have put the linkages back on, and bolted up, it moves freely, and seems to be in good shape. The motor had its electrical connector at the firewall taken completely apart. I have one plastic piece that fits on the engine side of the firewall, but it seems like there should be something on the other side towards the cowl. also, i have no idea what the orientation of the wires in that connection should be.
