NEw Power windo issue

When I parked the car at work today, I lowered the front windows about 1/4 way.

When I went to lunch the passenger side decided to go up, about an inch and stick, as if it had rolled all the way.

I lowered it all the way down, heard a slight pop, about 1/2 way down, and then tried to roll the window up again. This time is went all the way up.

What do I look for? Bad regulator or slides?

The window will roll all the way down and all the way up just fine. It only happens when the window is rolled down 1/4 of the way. Try to go up, no go, roll down 1/2 way, get the pop, then it will go up all the way.

The window is closed now, until I know what to repair.

Any ideas?
