in every area of the country where CHL exists, crime goes down.
and isn't that what we all want?

kinda like that comment Robert Di Nero said in a recent movie:

"Most people respect the badge, EVERYBODY respects the GUN".

But, since you apparently are familiar with Walmart policies, what are my responsibilities after I experience loss of life? Hopefully, I can at get a refund on my final purchase. Or at least a bereavement discount.

Let's not twist a comment about poor marksmanship into something else entirely.

X2 on parking lots being dangerous. I think parking lots is where people turn off their brain soon as they drive in.

There has been several time I have almost been hit with some idiot going the wrong way between the rows.

I always try to park as far away as I can also. seems like my car is a magnet, when I get back there is 6 cars parked around it.
I also try to park on the up hill side of the lot so the carts don`t come rolling down in to the side.

I feel bad about the idiot backing into you. seem most don`t look before they put it into reverse. the insurance co might say it was contributory negligence on both parties. but you never know.

we all have gone on by people pulling into a space w/o any problems, it just takes one.

I think you're making the mistake of believing they ever turned their brains on in the first place.

It's happened to me twice in the last two days at the gym. Then on the way home some idiot in a red Chevy pickup decides to make a leisurely left turn right in front of me. I saw him and slowed down in plenty of time, but he (along with everyone else) should NEVER ASSUME THAT ANOTHER DRIVER WILL SEE YOU AND REACT ACCORDINGLY.

It depends on which car I'm driving. If it's the 300D, I park way out there-and usually have cars parked around me when I get back. If it's one of the beaters, I just park wherever.

I am always ultra paranoid in parking lots and stay far away from other cars when parking. I'd never drive behind an SUV in the process of parking, most SUV/pickup drivers are idiots and cannot be trusted.

I ended up getting them to cough up $40 for the time I knew it would take me to fix it... Some people's children, huh?
Only $40? Wow, they got off easy. I would have called the police.

I said most.... I spend 1.5 hours a day on the road.....and see a TON of these people. I am going to start saving for a train horn for my car, so I can honk it whenever a cell phone driver goes by.
