Help! My 240D grinds loudly when I try to shift into Reverse. Yes, I am holding the clutch down. Car's had this problem ever since I bought it, but it's gotten progressively worse to the point it makes me cringe to put it in Reverse. Shifting into any of the forward gears feels fine, mo grinding or anything.
