Good idea, but I wonder who does insure them. Hmm Silver Spring and Hwy 100. As I recall it wasn't the best area.

Apparently these were pretty common back in the day (Remember the movie Christine?). It would be nice to run one of these but as everyone else has said. Insurance must be sky high.

I wonder if the demand would be high enough? I remember being in LA and the self car wash place was packed at 10PM at night sometimes. The foot traffic draw would need to be high and the demographics fit. Single apartment dwellers? It would draw people who are already DIY'ers who want to save the time and cost of doing work on the street or in the garage.
