How much would you pay for a Mercedes 300SD turbo diesel with 240,000 on it runs great with..

Good
-Power seats
-Power locks
-Moon roof
-ALDA delete
-Working A/C
-All lights working and completly road worthy

Bad
-Paint isn't in that great of condition and the worst is on the roof
-Driver seat needs new leather because it is torn up pretty bad
